Returns Policy and Procedure


This Return Policy & Procedure must be read in conjunction with our Website Terms of Use and our Terms & Conditions of Sale (together with the documents referred to on them).


By ordering from our website, you accept this Returns Policy & Procedure.

Should your delivery include defective, damaged or wrongly supplied product or be missing product, then we will provide a replacement or refund the full purchase price of the affected product. Please report defective, damaged, wrongly supplied and/or missing product and any other disputes to us by email (returns AT* within 3 days with any affected product then being returned to us using the returns procedure below. If the damage and/or missing product occurred while the order was being shipped, then you need to retain all of the packaging and other evidence until we inform you that our enquiries are complete.


You are responsible for the costs incurred in returning the product, unless it has a manufacturing defective, was damaged during shipping to you or was wrongly supplied by us. Please note that the total refund amount cannot exceed the initial transaction value of the product.


We shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses (this does not affect your statutory rights) howsoever arising out of, or in connection with, any defect with a product, and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the product in question.


It is advisable to obtain proof of shipping in case your return is lost on its way back to us. In the UK, your local post office can issue you with a proof of postage. If your return does not reach us then without such proof we cannot issue an exchange or make a refund.


This Return Policy & Procedure does not affect your statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way does it seek to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or fraud.


Any changes we make to our Returns Policy & Procedure will be posted on this website, which please check from time to time. Your continued use of this website will be deemed to signify your acceptance to any changes to our Returns Policy & Procedure.





1. Within 3 days contact us by email (returns AT* for a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) code


2. Carefully package up the product to be returned, ideally in its original shipping carton (if it is undamaged)


3. Include your original dispatch document and note on it the RMA code with any other details relating to your return; if you haven’t got your original dispatch document, enclose your RMA code, return details, original order number and name and address on a separate sheet of paper.


4. Send the returned product to RETURNS DEPT, Miniature Mojo Limited, 16 Parsons Lawn, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS3 8BN, GB


5. When we receive your product we will assess your return as indicated above and, if acceptable, we will confirm this to you and initiate your refund or replacement


6. Any full or partial refund will be made using the method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, with this refund made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days
